AHX is a protracker-like music editor that was designed especially to create C64-like synthetic tunes. There is no support for sampled instruments as chip tunes are made to be as small in size as possible. So an average AHX tune has a length of about 200 bytes - 5 kbytes (unpacked). All waveforms of the C64 are supported: Triangle, Sawtooth, Square and White Noise. Also Hi-/Lo-Pass filtering effects are supported (ring-modulation is hopefully to come in AHXv3). |

Aseq general description. Aseq is a new midi and audio sequencer using an intuitive and easy to use interface. Better known as "x0x", refering to the famous 606, 808 and 909 drummachines, which use this method of sequencing. Hacked Amiga Music (HAM) introduced the ripping scene to Open Ripping the 26/10-98, and shut down after 65 100% fresh and Hard2Rip releases the 28/8-99. I'm very satisfied with the result of HAM. About -- DigitalIO is an expansion for MelodyNG. Like all our NG stuff DigitalIO may be used via Zorro 1200 plus Melody1200, soon. Using this board Melody1200 is working fine for Zorro machines, too. DigitalIO makes use of an A-LAN Controller. It offers digital input and output and even allows networking these devices. The final fuctionality is not decided up to now. - A multi-platform C64 music player and SID chip emulator - Basically, SIDPLAY [1] is just an ordinary music player software. More specifically, SIDPLAY emulates the Sound Interface Device chip (MOS 6581, commonly called SID) and the Micro Processor Unit (MOS 6510) of the Commodore 64 [2] on your computer. SyX is a MIDI utility that can record, transmit and save MIDI System Exclusive data. It can receive multiple messages, what is usefull for synths that send more than one SysEx message in a Bulk Dump. The AHI/PPC project status log. 2002-11-07 - Yes, ideed, today is November 7th, not July 11th. Anyway, I've been asked to clarify one thing regarding the PPC version of AHI. There will be no WarpUp version, nor will there be any PowerUp version. The reason is that neither of these two systems allow PPC code to be invoked from within an interrupt¹, which is an absolute requirement for AHI. The current PPC version is for MorphOS only. This is the new combined RealAudio-and-Lame home page. Much of the information was redundant, so this made a lot more sense. Contains info on LAME MP3 Encoder, and Real Audio Support!!
